Mayan Palace Golf

En el baño hay un extractor de aire para sacar los malos olores y se agradece, Pero, no tiene ningún filtro y la vibración es muy fuerte que no deja dormir, está 24 x 7. También se escuchan ruidos de otros baños, si llega a ser molesto Nos cambiaron de habitación, pero es lo mismo, ese problema lo tienen todas sus habitaciones

Simplemente las atenciones y el servicio en general estuvieron de 10!! Cada persona que labora en todo el recinto, desde la entrada hasta la salida, súper amables y eso nos dejó un excelente sabor de boca... Claro que regresaremos!

We stayed at villa at Mayan Golf. The villa was nice but sparsely decorated and kitchen sparsely equipped. It's a 10min walk to Mayan Palace pools and beach. But they are really really nice pools and we had a great time.

The Mayan palace Golf was incredible! First off, coming from the United States I heard many “scary” reviews on safety. Please, don’t let that deter you. From the second we were picked up at the airport we had an amazing, maybe 5-10 minute trip to the resort from the hotel. It was me, my mother in law, sister in law and 4 yr old son. We got to the golf, and it was beautiful! The art work, the staff, the weather, everything was amazing. We decided to go for Christmas so we arrived dec.22-30th. The rooms were always clean. And I mean it, everyday. We had our sweet little gal come in and clean everyday and give us Hershey kisses too! She was the best. If you want to go the beach, it’s a 3 minute shuttle ride from the golf palace to the Mayan palace. And it is a fun trip! The drivers were the best! They run all night, so need to worry when you want to party till 2 in the morning. They shuttle every 3-5 minutes, so no worries on waiting. You’ll get a shuttle back. If not, it’ll be a nice breezy 15 min. Walk back. The food all over was wonderful and the price! So fair!! Please tip well! They work their butts off. The shows were magical, the bartenders were amazing and so sweet. I cannot wait to go back to Acapulco. Our original driver from the airport picked us up and was gracious enough to take us on a tour of the city before our flight out. Acapulco is breathtaking! The views, the mountains, everything was so beautiful. He even took us to his family’s shop and we bought some fun trinkets to take home. They even gave us free beer and water while we walked around! Our driver even stopped at McDonalds for my 4yr old. Acapulco is a beautiful city full of history and I hope that everyone gets a chance to experience it. The ONLY complaints I have is the smell, occasionally you’ll get a whiff of “sewer” smell. But it’s humid there. Ofcourse, why not. And the rooms were a bit musty, but duh, your on the beach, it’s wet and humid. None of that ever interfered with our stay. We WILL be going back as soon as we can. The pool bar is calling our name! Ooh and paella night! Don’t miss it. Best Paella I have ever had. Oh goodness and the pools, lazy river, water park for kids they were all amazing. They do close at 8, heads up. No worries on that, the kids sill be pooped by then. My son fell asleep are dinner and they made him a bed of chairs, it was adorable. I could go on and on. The Vidante Mayan golf was such a memorable trip, we will never forget it.

Muy buena amabilidad y pésima manera de dar información más bien no dan información de nada, el mostrador muy mal

Ya había tenido la oportunidad de hospedarme aquí, y la habitaciones son cómodas, las albercas suficientes, el personal del lobby y en el área de camastros son muy amables. La playa que antes era una maravilla, quedó un poco reducida. Se notan los estragos que dejó el pasado huracán Otis y es triste porque era un lugar hermoso. Ojalá se recuperen muy pronto.

Excelente la respuesta y capacitación de su personal ante situaciones fuera de lo común. El trato y el servicio muy ameno, sin duda alguna uno de los lugsres a los que tienes que regresar.

Sin duda he vivido una estancia maravillosa de 8 días! En las noches vienen a tender las camas para los niños antes de dormir y la limpieza es muy buena. A pesar de que Acapulco está devastado aún; tooodos los empleados han sido maravillosos y supremamente amables. SÓLO considero que un vasito de tequila en $220 está muy elevado y por el costo de las bebidas NO funciona del todo o No jala mucha gente los espectáculos que hacen por las noches. Urge cambiar las televisiones para poder usar Netflix o Youtube
